A CHARITY golf day at Driffield Golf Club has raised well over £2000 in aid of the Candleighters and Jimmy's in Leeds.
The golf day, which was organised by Adrian Milner, took the form of a charity AM AM, with teams of four playing under medal conditions.

Kirsty Milner, who also helped to organise the event, told Post Sport that a total of around £2,200 had been raised.

The organisers wish to express their grateful thanks to Brian Taylor and the catering staff and all the other helpers who made the golf day such a great success.

Adrian Milner is already planning to hold another charity golf day at Driffield next year, when the event will be hoping to raise money for the Candlelighters and McMillan Nurses.
